Walk for Wag 2021 at Kielder
Walk for Wag 2021 went off wonderfully! Great people, special friends, Police dogs, Newfoundlands, gorgeous weather, fantastic!
So many people to thank – everyone who walked and fundraised, companies and individuals, thank you so much for supporting us, the amazing team from Northumbrian Water at Kielder, Sean and everyone at Arco for our lovely t shirts, PC Rob Burn and Jinger and the Northumbria Police Dog Section team, Mary and the Wag N Wheels Newfoundlands Group, all the volunteer marshalls including our vet Dr Tim Nuttall, the Hexham Air Cadets as well as our own office team, all who give up their time to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. Music from the wonderful Hexham Uketeers, cakes donated by CostCo Gateshead, everyone who donated treats and raffle prizes – including Barbour, Feelwells, Fish4Good, Arco, Arden Grange, Bob & Lush and many more – Gillian and Sharon, the legends of the Wag raffle/cake stand combo and our Will, our volunteer photographer who drove all the way up from Lymm for the weekend with his family to create our album.
