Visiting Services Advisor
Grace provides customer support service and advice to applicants and volunteers both through the assessment process and on an ongoing basis. Grace also coordinates hospital visiting and special event volunteers for partner organisations, currently Northumbria NHS and Newcastle NHS, as well as working as part of a small, close knit team to efficiently and safely deliver Wag’s special services.
Grace is mum to “crazy cocker spaniel, Boe”. She comes from a long line of dog lovers, her Grandad has a dog too and she sees every day how important his dog is to his life and wellbeing as he’s got older.
