I have been a dog trainer and animal behaviour consultant in the County Durham area for many years.

I specialise in dog behaviour and clicker training.

I am a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, the Animal Behaviour and Training Council, and the Association of Pet Dog Councellors.

I am also an assistance dog trainer and assessor for Dog A.I.D. (Assistance in Disability), a charity empowering pet dog owners with physical disabilities to train their own dogs to become qualified assistance dogs.

I assess potential friendship dogs for Wag & Company as a volunteer because having had dogs in my family for generations, I see how much happiness a dog can bring to an elderly person who misses the companionship of a dog.
