Unique to Wag & Company, we will arrange for Visiting Wag Teams to visit older dog lovers in their own homes.

Home visits must be referred to us by a professional organisation involved in social care, for example, your local adult social services, the British Red Cross, the NHS, your GP or medical practice etc.

If you represent one of those agencies and would like to arrange visits, please ensure you have all the information required to complete the Home Visit Referral Form below in full including the risk assessment. Partial submissions can't be accepted.

If you are 65 or over, can no longer have a dog of your own and would like to arrange a visit for yourself or for a member of your family please do not complete the form, instead contact us for advice on 01434 611801.
