It costs £470 a year for each Visiting Wag Team.  Your support provides special friends for older dog lovers in the community.

Connie and friends at Park House Care Home talk about the joy their Visiting Wag Team brings.

For just £30 a month, care and nursing homes can guarantee their residents have the company of a lovely dog again at least once a month and typically much more!

Wag dogs and their humans are professionally assessed including DBS checks at the Enhanced level with the Adult Barred List.

We operate to wellbeing standards required by the Royal College of Nursing "Working with Dogs in Health Care Settings" and our volunteers are insured and supported by Wag & Company's professional, local team and specialist advisors.

Your support also enables us to work in the community and end loneliness for isolated older dog lovers at home..

Castlebank Care Home, Tow Law, are helping us end loneliness..

Manager June Pearson told us:  “We support Wag & Company because these visits have a really positive effect on our residents and they love them too.  There are so many benefits for them, sensory stimulation through stroking and talking, reducing stress and increasing their emotional well being and just having the comfort and familiarity of a dog again for the dog lovers.”
